October, month of doom.

I have been so incredibly busy in the past two weeks it’s almost scary.  I’m sure everyone else is pulling their hair out as well, right?  Please, tell me I’m not alone.  I didn’t even have any midterms!  Just an intense workload, and a whole weekend where I couldn’t really get work done because Not So Sharp went to Maine to do a fundraising concert.

But anyway...TOMORROW IS HALLOWEEN!!!  Halloween is honestly my favorite holiday - it always has been.  If you know me, you know that I’m pretty dramatic and crafty, so Halloween is a great outlet for all of that.  I’ve got decorations up in the house, I finished my costume (the first I’ve ever sewn by myself!), and I’m just generally excited about it.  Who’s going as what?  I’m going to be Peter Pan (NOT Robin Hood, thanks), and my boyfriend is going as Captain Hook, complete with long hair and mustache.  I’m pretty psyched...it’s going to be awesome.

(Dad, if you’re reading this, you better go buy candy for the Trick-or-treaters.  Don’t be the guy who ruins Halloween for everyone.  )
